Una dudilla que tengo

¿COmo puedo hacer para incluir a diseñadores y algunos diseños en la parte de 'favoritos'? Es que lo he estado intentando y mirando y no he encontrado la manera..

Hola Cevenin, cuando estas logueado justo debajo de los diseños aparece un boton con "AÑADIR A FAVORITOS", antes de que empiecen los comentarios.

En la pagina de los usuarios, en la parte superior izquierda, debajo de la cabecera, aparace el mismo boton para añadir a favoritos a los diseñadores.
