I've only identified the bird until I read your comment. The hand and the guitar is a bit confused, so try to remake it. Anyway, the design is not my favourite.

la compraria con un diseño un poco mas currado... y tb creo q le vendria mejor poner el titulo como rotulo en el dibujo...

It seems that i should have explained this design a little more.
It's an updated version of the famous Woodstock '69 music festival poster. The slogan of this festival was "Peace, love and music".
It was a long time ago so i re-made this poster with elements that we see today :
- The hand is replaced by the thumbs-up from Facebook.
- The guitar is replaced by the guitar of Guitar Hero.
- And the bird is replaced by the bird from Twitter.

I think the idea is great and is hard to make it better. Too simple to be a "pampling design". Think this t-shirt will be sold for 17€, and is quite a lot for just a T-shirt. The design is just great anyway...
I don't see love anywhere... so the slogan only remains in the title of the post. You should write it down on the shirt with the facebook letter type, since its hand is the most diffcult sign to identify.
