No me suena que se pueda hacer, lo que si puedes hacer es hacer que te oa envíen a casa y pagarsela al repartidor

Yo tengo entendido que sí se puede, pero no lo puedo asegurar. Igualmente, puedes mandar un correo a atención del cliente que suelen responder muy rápido.
